Can you still help during COVID-19?
Yes, my clients work out at home with minimal equipment – so absolutely. I can even advise you on what equipment to invest in for the best results when working out at home (usually 2 small pieces of equipment you can fit virtually anywhere).
How soon will I see results?
Like in any program, your results are up to you. I will give you all the information, support, and community you need. But actually doing the program is up to YOU. I’ve had many clients lose 20+ lbs of fat in 90 days when they follow the program and make the effort to talk with their coach.
Do you have any type of guarantee?
Yes. If you follow the program and do not see results, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
What does your coaching program teach?
In my program, I cover the 3 Transformation Pillars.
TRAINING-NUTRITION-ACCOUNTABILITY.
You’ll learn how to eat for fat loss, how to train to maximize strength without “bulking up”, and I’ll keep you accountable to the program the entire time.
We’ll also be working on game-changing habits throughout the 90 days so you can build them into your routine. Eventually, we’ll make them part of your lifestyle so they’re automatic.
Why don’t you have a lower-cost membership program?
People who pay, pay attention. I’ve never been a fan of membership sites because 80-90% of the people who join them do NOTHING with the information and coaching. There’s no skin in the game; they’re not invested. When that’s the case, there’s no real consequences for inaction.

I want to make sure you get started on the right foot. In addition to that, we check in with you weekly and look at EVERYTHING – all of your nutrition stats, habits and workouts so you’re never alone.
Importantly, we also offer as-needed 15-20 minute coaching calls to help if you feel like you’re falling off track and need a kick in the rear ;)
Will I get a step-by-step roadmap to losing 20+ lbs. of fat in 90 days from absolute zero?
Yes!
That’s the entire purpose of the program.
Even if you are literally doing nothing right now… No training, no diets or nutrition protocols and have zero accountability right now, we can help you with ALL of it.
How much time is it going to take to do this program?
My focus when building this program was to create something that busy people could do for a minimum amount of time each week and still get amazing results.
I call this the “Minimum Effective Dose”.
Instead of focussing on doing as much as you possibly can… in this program we focus on doing as little you can while still getting the results you want.
Do I have to cut out foods or food groups?
NO!
*Imagine me yelling “no” with a megaphone right now*
Absolutely not. And the reason why is because it’s almost NEVER sustainable to cut out entire food groups.
Instead of cutting food groups, we will work together to find a way to get you in a consistent deficit while still incorporating your favorite foods. Will you still have to make a commitment to not eat cheesecake for every meal? For sure.
Everything worth having in life requires some level of commitment. But that doesn’t mean we have to cut out your favorite foods.
How often and for how long do I have to workout?
You will work out 3-4x/week for 30-40 minutes.
That's it (seriously).
And remember, there is ZERO cardio required. But if you NEED to run because you are a fan of the famous “runner’s high” lol, we can definitely incorporate cardio as you get more advanced in this program :)
How much cardio is in your program? Is it required?
Eventually we will ask you to add in cardio in certain situations depending on what results you want to achieve.
But this program starts with ZERO cardio.
Do you provide custom meal plans?
Yes.
You will actually build most of your own meal plan with occasional guidance from your coaches.
This is how we make sure you actually LIKE the foods you eat AND get great results.
How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I may be too busy with my kids, family, job, school/studies etc..

How did you become a successful trainer, Kurt?
I’ve been a part of other programs and didn’t get the results I wanted. How do I know this will work?
As we talked about above, most fitness programs (especially those made for women) ARE NOT BUILT to get you long term results.
Sometimes this isn’t even malicious. The problem is that the women’s fitness industry has been largely brainwashed by huge corporations to train women like cash machines.
Instead of giving you the training you need to have a lifelong transformation, most programs teach you methods that make sure you keep spending money on the next “hack” the corporations come up with.
But my program is built to help you change your life and treat you like a real person.

I’m older, will this work for me?
Do I have to have workout experience?
It never hurts.
That being said, inside the program we offer exercise video analysis on a weekly basis.
What that means is that you can get live feedback on your form and your exercises so you can adjust to get the most out of your workout.
What’s the commitment?
90 days.
If you commit 90 days, you will get results PERIOD.
Most of our clients even continue after the initial 90 days because they get such good results.
But to start, you just need to commit 90 days to your health and happiness for this program to work for you.
What happens after the initial 90 days? Do I have the opportunity to continue working with you?
If we both agree it’s our best course of action, then of course!
As I said above, most clients that sign up for the initial 90 days continue to train with us for months or even years after they first sign up.
